Mr. Acharya is an accomplished Food Technologist with over 25 years of extensive experience in product engineering, food processing, and industrial management. He possesses proven expertise in product development, process optimization, quality assurance, and large-scale manufacturing operations.

He is widely recognized for his strategic thinking, ability to lead cross-functional teams, and consistent delivery of high-quality food products that comply with market expectations and stringent food safety standards.

Currently, Mr. Acharya serves as Manager (Production & Quality Assurance) at the Nebico Group of Companies. He brings a distinguished track record from his previous roles as Production Manager at Hulas Biscuit & Confectionery, Mayur Biscuit, Karmachary Bakes & Food, Natraj Food Industries and Sara Food Industries.
